We focus on and respond to your individual needs and any specific issues you’re facing.
This might be stress, grief, a sense of loss, low self-esteem, heartbreak, going through a divorce or tough time in your relationship, struggling to communicate, or maybe you’re in a transitional phase where you don’t feel like you belong anywhere as you try to carve out a new space for yourself.
You may simply need the room to think and encouragement to make new and more fulfilling choices.
- Yoga -
Sunrise & Sunset
Sunrise yoga is a great way to provide you with a positive start to the day. Sunset yoga is perfect for unwinding and releasing the stresses of the day, allowing you to relax and find peace before bedtime. Both sunrise and sunset yoga offer the opportunity to connect with yourself, and the world around you to promote a sense of gratitude and connect with nature to harness its calming energy.
- Mindfulness Tools -
Self-awareness exercises, meditation,
NLP-inspired mindfulness talks,
identifying limiting beliefs,
reframing activities and journaling.
These tools encourage space for
self-reflection and personal growth,
while also gaining valuable tools for managing stress and maintaining a sense of balance in your daily life
beyond the retreat.
- 1:2:1 Mentoring Sessions -
Working one-on-one with either Jenny or Elroy, can give you the opportunity to receive feedback on your practice, develop new skills, and overcome obstacles in a supportive environment.
It can also allow for a deeper exploration of your intentions and goals for the retreat, and provide guidance on how to integrate what you have learned
into your everyday life.
This is covered over three out of the five days, so you get 2 days
and space between sessions to enjoy as you please.

All food and drink is included at one of the most exclusive hotels in Jamaica, set on a private beach.
When you get home you will also receive up to 3 complimentary video call check-ins.

Welcome to our website! We are Jenny and Elroy 'Spoonface' Powell (Coach Spoon), a married couple, and coaches passionate about mindfulness and the transformative power of being present in the moment.
After many years of practising mindfulness ourselves, we decided to share our knowledge and experience with others by hosting mindfulness retreats in beautiful spaces around the world.
It’s more than a holiday. Our goal is to provide private spaces and aftercare tailored for people to disconnect from the stresses of daily life.
